More Views of Stockholm

Here's another group of photos taken during my stay in Stockholm. All of the photos can be enlarged by clicking once or twice on them. The first photo is of an impressive row of late 19th and early 20th Century buildings along the boulevard in Östermalm called Strandvägen (Beach Road) and is pretty amazing when enlarged to it's full size...

This is the bridge from Östermalm (in the background) to Djurgården Island

A statue of Swedish botanist, physician, and zoologist Carl Linnaeus

The well in the middle of Stortorget, a small public square in Gamla Stan (Old Town)

On the right side of the photo is one of the streetcars I took to Djurgården Island

Inside Central Station

Carl Milles "Orpheus" statue group in front of the Concert Hall

One of the two 16 story Kungstornen (King's Towers) built in the 1920s

A short video of the Royal Guards and Band on the way to the changing of the guard ceremony at the Royal Palace...
